Monday 11th June we’re taking over the Mercure Manchester Piccadilly Hotel all day for a look at the current issues facing social work and care. As a company, we’re working to be a one stop shop for all of social work and social care, and this event is the physical manifestation of that aim! We’re bringing together so many different elements of the industry to promote recruitment and retention, aid employee development and showcase innovation.

There’ll be an exhibition, where you’ll have the opportunity to network with some of the key players across the industry; and 5 “Innovation Presentations” from creative businesses around the UK. We’ve also organised a series of training sessions throughout the day where practitioners will get the chance to learn from some of the top social workers, care providers or training institutions. These workshops will earn you a certificate of attendance that will count towards your Continuous Professional Development (CPD).

We’re partnering with over 30 companies to bring this event to you, from recruitment agencies to universities, start-ups to major names; and we can’t wait to reveal who we’ve got lined up! Keep an eye on our social media pages in the next few weeks as we start to announce who we’ve teamed up with for Work and Care Together!

Honestly, we can’t think of a reason why you shouldn’t come to this event – it’s 100% free, running all day so you can stop by at any point between 9:30 and 17:30, it’s a chance to get face to face with some of the most interesting businesses in the industry … oh and the first 700 attendees will get a goodie bag! What more can you ask for?!

The One Stop Social team are working tirelessly to put this event together specifically for you: the wonderful people who make up the social work and care industry. If you have any ideas about how we could make this event even better or just want to ask some questions, then get in touch with us today![/vc_column_text][vc_cta h2=”Register for free ticket” txt_align=”center” color=”orange” add_button=”bottom” btn_title=”Book now” btn_color=”warning” btn_size=”lg” btn_align=”center” btn_button_block=”true” btn_link=”|||”]Book your free general admission ticket at our eventbrite page now.
